Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika

2 cups cooked quinoa or rice
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
