Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Tony Chachere’s 30-Minute Chicken Marinade
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 12 oz chopped spinach
  • 6 oz chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or queso cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Tony Chachere’s Spice N’ Herbs Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the chicken by cutting each breast horizontally to create a pocket.
  2. 2. Marinate the chicken with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Make the filling by mixing the cream cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and seasoning.
  4. 4. Stuff the chicken breasts with the filling and secure with toothpicks.
  5. 5. Grill the chicken for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway until cooked through.
  6. 6. Prepare the cream sauce by melting butter, adding cream, seasoning, and Parmesan; simmer for about 5 minutes.
