Description

Grilled Udon is a quick and easy dish that twists traditional udon noodles with shrimp and mixed vegetables, full of flavor and customizable.

Ingredients

  • Udon noodles
  • Shrimp (or choice of protein)
  • Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Ginger (grated)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add the shrimp (or protein of choice) and cook until browned.
  5. 5. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. 6. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, and stir to combine well.
  7. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Yaki Udon!
