Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
