Ingredients
2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
2. Wash and halve the potatoes. For larger potatoes, cut them into eighths.
3. Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
4. Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry the potatoes for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. Transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
