Ingredients

  • 1 pound tender chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
