Ingredients
1 medium spaghetti squash
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Brush the insides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
4. Add ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
5. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Once the squash is done, use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
7. In a baking dish, mix the spaghetti squash with the meat sauce, then top with shredded cheese.
8. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
