Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
