Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. In a separate shallow bowl, pour the flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. 4. Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
