A healthier, homemade version of chicken tenders that are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
1 pound of chicken tenderloins
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken tenderloin in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
7. Serve warm.
