Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. 3. Stir in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
