Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and position the oven rack in the middle.
  2. 2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Toss the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts cut side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
