1 bag frozen tater tots
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup honey BBQ sauce
¼ cup diced pickles
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until browned (6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
4. Cook the bacon until crisp and crumble it once cool.
5. Arrange the crispy tater tots on a serving platter and top with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon.
6. Drizzle honey BBQ sauce over the totchos and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
7. Garnish with diced pickles and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
