1 large egg
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
4. Stir in the flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon until just blended; be careful not to overmix.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and the remaining ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
