Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
1. Toss the chicken cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, red pepper flakes, honey, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
