Delicious and easy-to-make meatball bites glazed in a sticky honey garlic sauce that are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned or gluten-free)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until well incorporated.
2. Form the mixture into uniform, bite-sized meatballs.
3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange meatballs on the sheet.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
5. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Slowly add this to the simmering glaze until desired thickness is achieved.
7. Once the meatballs are baked, transfer them to a bowl and pour the honey garlic glaze over them. Toss gently to coat each meatball evenly.
