A quick and easy dinner that combines savory kielbasa, tender potatoes, and a sweet honey garlic glaze, all cooked on a single sheet pan.
Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easier cleanup.
2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced kielbasa, halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes, ensuring the potatoes turn tender and the kielbasa caramelizes.
5. If using broccoli, add it during the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking.
6. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
