Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the kielbasa, baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  3. 3. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet in a single layer, cut-side down for better browning.
