Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet.
  6. 6. Stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  7. 7. Return shrimp to the skillet.

  9. 9. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  10. 10. Add slurry to the skillet and stir until sauce thickens.
