Ingredients

  • 7 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Pasta of choice, cooked according to package instructions

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
