Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. 2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in a bowl.
  3. 3. Gradually mix in granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract.
