Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in a bowl.
3. Gradually mix in granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Spread sliced apples evenly in the bottom of the springform pan.
6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the apple layer.
7. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, additional flour, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
