Description

Cheesy, spicy, and super easy sausage balls made with breakfast sausage, cheddar cheese, Rotel, and Bisquick. Perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, well-drained
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, well-drained Rotel diced tomatoes, Bisquick baking mix, and garlic powder if using. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. 3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
