Delicious stuffed mozzarella bacon bombs made with seasoned beef and crispy bacon, perfect for sharing at parties or family dinners.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices of bacon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it’s halfway crispy. Remove and let cool, then chop into small pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Take a handful of the beef mixture and form it into a ball around a piece of mozzarella cheese. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
5. Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
