Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
10-12 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin until creamy and well combined.
3. If using corn tortillas, warm them slightly to make them pliable.
4. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto the lower third of each tortilla, tightly roll, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
5. Lightly brush each taquito with olive oil or cooking spray.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy, keeping an eye on them after 12 minutes.
