Juicy Meatballs from the Air Fryer

Description

Delightful air fryer meatballs that are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground meat (mixed)
  • 1 piece of bread roll
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, and the egg.
  2. 2. Soak the bread roll in lukewarm water for about ten minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
  3. 3. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  4. 4. Add the soaked bread, diced onion, egg, mustard, and chopped parsley to the meat mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  5. 5. Knead the mixture with your hands for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Form about eight evenly sized meatballs, flattening them slightly.
  7. 7. Arrange meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between. Optionally spray with oil.
  8. 8. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 20 minutes, turning halfway.
