Description

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and trim any excess fat.
  3. 3. Rub olive oil over both sides of the thighs and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Place the thighs on the baking sheet, spaced evenly.
