Ingredients
4 chicken legs (quarters)
1/2 cup Kalbi marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sweetener (e.g., honey or sugar)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the Kalbi marinade, soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sweetener, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Marinate the chicken legs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer for more flavor.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
4. Arrange the marinated chicken legs in the fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
