Ingredients

  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 ounces corned beef or pastrami
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, minced onion, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce to create the keto-friendly dressing. Set aside.
