Ingredients
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 ounces corned beef or pastrami
1/4 cup sauerkraut
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, minced onion, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce to create the keto-friendly dressing. Set aside.
3. Arrange the Swiss cheese slices on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until melted and bubbly with browned edges.
4. Once the cheese wraps have cooled for 30 to 60 seconds, spread a thin layer of the keto dressing over each one. Top with a slice of corned beef or pastrami and a small pinch of sauerkraut.
5. Carefully roll up the filled cheese wraps tightly, sealing the seam on the bottom. Allow to cool for a few minutes to crisp up.
6. Slice into bite-size pieces if desired and serve with remaining keto dressing on the side for dipping.
