Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms with garlic, heavy cream, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
