Description
Delightful lemon brownies with a refreshing citrus flavor and a sweet tangy glaze.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
4. Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the butter mixture and mix well.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool before glazing.
9. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and drizzle over the brownies.
10. Cut into squares and serve.
