Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
¾ cup heavy cream
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon (about 1 teaspoon)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
Optional: extra Parmesan and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
1. Pound chicken to even thickness, season with salt and pepper, and pat dry.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
3. Remove chicken from the skillet to keep warm.
4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
5. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 2 minutes.
6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and slightly thickened.
7. Add spinach in batches, stirring until wilted.
8. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer gently for another 2–3 minutes.
9. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and lemon slices if desired.
