Description

A delicious combination of cheeseburgers and fries layered with seasoned ground beef, cheddar, bacon, and classic burger fixings.

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Wash the russet potatoes well and cut them into fries. Toss the fries in a bowl with vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. 3. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. 4. While fries are baking, cook the bacon until crisp, then crumble. In the same skillet, cook the seasoned ground beef, draining excess fat.
  5. 5. Once fries are done, evenly top with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and cooked ground beef.
  6. 6. Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and top with diced pickles, diced tomatoes, yellow mustard, ketchup, and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
