Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Fries are a crowd-pleasing mashup of burgers and fries topped with seasoned beef, cheddar, and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Wash and scrub the russet potatoes, then cut them into fries. Toss the cut fries in a bowl with oil and seasonings.
  3. 3. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. 4. While fries are baking, brown ground beef in a skillet and season it.
  5. 5. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble it.
  6. 6. Once fries are done, top with cheese, bacon, and seasoned beef, then return to the oven for 5–7 minutes.
  7. 7. Finish with pickles, tomatoes, mustard, ketchup, and green onions. Serve immediately.
