Fresh broccoli florets
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cream cheese, softened
Almond flour or coconut flour
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Eggs

Instructions
1. Steam or microwave broccoli florets until tender, then chop finely or pulse in a food processor.
2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, almond flour or coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small rounds or patties.
4. Fry the rounds in a skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired and serve warm.
