Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • All-purpose flour for dusting
  • Optional: Italian seasoning
  • Optional: garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and keep covered.
  2. 2. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 6 to 8 inch circle.
  3. 3. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto the center of each dough circle, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  4. 4. Top the sauce with mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
  5. 5. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and press the edges together.
  6. 6. Crimp and seal the edges with a fork.
