Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
  2. 2. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  3. 3. Slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. 4. Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls, then place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  6. 6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. 7. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
