Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast
8 ounces penne pasta
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained and chopped)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
6. Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated in the creamy sauce.
