Description

This saucy, rich salmon dish features creamy, garlicky flavors and sun-dried tomatoes, making it elegant enough for company yet quick for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. 6. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
