Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
4 tablespoons chia seeds
4 teaspoons matcha powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup yogurt
2 cups milk

Instructions
1. In a bowl, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, matcha powder, and maple syrup.
2. Mix everything until well combined.
3. Cover the bowl and put the mixture in the fridge. You can also divide it into individual containers.
4. Let it chill for at least 240 minutes, but overnight is better.
5. When you’re ready to eat, top with some chopped fruit or berries if you like, and enjoy!
