Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. 2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. 4. Pat the chicken breasts dry and spread the topping mixture evenly over each breast.
  5. 5. Arrange the coated breasts in the baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
