Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ¾ inch) using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  3. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. 4. Place the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each breast.
  5. 5. If desired, sprinkle the optional paprika or Italian seasoning over the coated breasts.
  6. 6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, checking at 35 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
