Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. 2. Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. 4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  5. 5. Sprinkle paprika or Italian seasoning, if desired, over the coated chicken.
  6. 6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
