Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and chili powder, and cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. 4. Stir in corn and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. 5. In a bowl, mix cream and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. 6. Pour the creamy feta sauce over the shrimp and corn mixture.
  7. 7. Squeeze lime juice on top and garnish with cilantro.
