Description
A soft and fluffy homemade milk bread, perfect for sandwiches or as a comforting side dish.
Ingredients
500g all-purpose flour
50g sugar
10g salt
20g fresh yeast or 7g dry yeast
250ml warm milk
50g unsalted butter, melted
1 egg

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
6. Punch down the dough and shape it into small balls.
7. Place the balls in the Air Fryer basket, allowing some space between them for rising.
8. Let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the Air Fryer to 160°C (320°F).
10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
11. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
