Description

These mini chocolate cheesecake bites are indulgent, easy to make, and perfect for parties or a delightful treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  3. 3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, melted chocolate chips, and the egg. Mix until silky and well combined.
  4. 4. Carefully pour the cheesecake filling over the crusts, filling each about three quarters full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until centers are set but still slightly jiggly.
  5. 5. Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from tins. Drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish as desired.
