Delicious meatballs filled with molten mozzarella cheese and slathered in BBQ sauce, perfect for snacks or game day.
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3. Take a small handful of the meat mixture, flatten it in your palm, and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Wrap the meat around the cheese to seal it and form a ball.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it, leaving space between each.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and sprinkle smoked paprika on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
7. Brush BBQ sauce over the meatballs and return them to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
8. Let the meatballs cool slightly before serving.
