Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Take a small handful of the mixture, flatten it, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and wrap the meat around it to form a ball.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
6. Brush BBQ sauce over each meatball and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
