Description

Deliciously fluffy muffins made easily in the air fryer, perfectly sweetened and studded with chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 150g yogurt (either lemon or plain)
  • 130g sunflower oil
  • 260g sugar
  • 300g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package of baking powder (16g)
  • 100g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat air fryer to 150°C for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, eggs, and sugar; whisk until creamy.
  3. 3. Sift in baking powder and flour, and gently fold into the mixture until just combined.
  4. 4. Pour in sunflower oil and stir carefully to avoid overmixing.
  5. 5. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  6. 6. Divide batter among 12 muffin cups.
  7. 7. Place muffins in the air fryer and bake for 15 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
