Description

A cozy and comforting dish that combines the tangy zest of mustard, savory bacon, and creamy sauce for a sumptuous meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Season the chicken pieces generously with salt, pepper, and mustard.
  3. 3. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then remove and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.
  4. 4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté until tender.
  5. 5. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the pan and cook until thoroughly done.
  6. 6. Pour in the cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
