Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet, cooking until browned on both sides.
